Hi. I'm Jeff. As the title of this blog implies, I'm over 65 years old. If you are an older person perhaps you want some ideas for making better choices that effect your health. What is Your Motivation? Do you want to be able to stand up from sitting in a chair without pain, moaning, groaning, or having your joints pop? Would you like to be able to get stuff out of the bottom cabinets painlessly and with no problems? How would it effect your happiness if you had the mobility, flexibility, and endurance to play with your grandchildren or pets? If you went to your doctor and found out that your blood pressure went down, how would you feel? Is living independently important to you, or would you rather be on the fast track to a nursing home? Do you need to lose some weight or to get into better shape? This blog focuses on 1) eating right, 2) exercise, and 3) your outlook or attitude toward your health.
